[Saint Cloth Myth] Figure Oh 126 + Hobby Japan 9

Oh hey look, I'm way behind in posting these again. Sorry folks but I have so much stuff going on life at the moment that I have to wait evenings like tonight to post all the jucy stuff which is currently going on. So bear with me.

We start with the Age of Myth section of Figure Oh, where you can see a pretty impressive set of shots of the upcoming Julian Solo / Poseidon Myth Cloth. I have personally opted for the "Royal Ornament" or "blonde Julian" version ;) What can I say, I like deities to have somewhere to sit :pNotice a few things on this page. One is the various concept designs of Kassa's hairstyle, as he's never seen without his helmet either in the manga or the anime. The other is more detailled pictures of the prototype of Figure Oh's special Myth Cloth: Pegasus Seiya, broken version. Since these came out, a photo of the coloured prototype has been released and I will put it in a later post but you can already see a pretty good job at reproducing the shattered cloth, even though it is "yet another Seiya"...

Finally for Figure Oh, the cover of their special edition "Saint Cloth Chronicle", which I have ordered and having seen some scans, promises to be a must-have for a comprehensive review of Saint Seiya official figurines.

The Hobby Japan scan show more or less the same as above, so I'll just let you enjoy the photos.

Credits to the usual suspects, Sorrento and the guys at all4seiya ;)

*laughs* Thank you, I'm glad this little blog gets some interest ^_^

Admittedly, I know of no supplier in Indonesia. The closest from you I can think of is in Taiwan, so I'm not sure it would help.

Hi all....Fenrir, let me tell you, this blog is a blessing for us English speaking folks....I just began my collection, so your news keeps me up to date. Here in Malta you rarely come across a cloth! By the way, I'm 30 and a big fan of Saint Seiya since school days!

Thanks and keep it up *bowing*

Well, thank you for your kind words, I am truly glad this little blog can help a handful of people ^^

Btw, if you can travel to Spain, France or Italy, you should have more chances to find shops selling Myth Cloths. Here in the UK, my only supplier is the internet ;)

I agree, the internet is the best I found so far....right now, I'm waiting for SeaDragon Kanon since I have already his twin. I've just been for a few a days to Northern Italy and as you might imagine, I was on the hunt but no luck from the few shops I visited, anyway, better luck next time ;p

Yes I can imagine, I did the same thing in the bay area a couple of years ago ;) I don't visit Italian St Seiya sites very often so I'm not sure where you'd find more information on their shops.

Btw, forgive me for asking but I have a friend from Malta living in London whose last name starts the same as your username, I was wondering if by any chance you had a relative in the uk a few years older than you?

No problem at all! I have cousins in the UK but they are in Wales and not with my same surname. As far as I know, they are the only ones in UK. The ones I have abroad with the same surname are in Canada. As you know, Malta is small and in the long run, we're all relatives along the line, in some way or another! ;>
